You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service.
The Service may allow you to upload, submit, or post content, such as text, images, or other materials (collectively, "User Content"). You retain ownership of any User Content you provide, but you grant PromptBetter AI and RDMI Tech Ventures Pvt. Ltd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the User Content in connection with operating and improving the Service.
PromptBetter AI offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions and purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 14 days of your purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, and we reserve the right to limit the number of refunds per customer. Refunds for usage-based services may be prorated based on the time remaining in the billing cycle. Please note that refunds may not be available for certain promotional or discounted offers.
PromptBetter AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including if we reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms. You may also cancel your account at any time, but you will not be entitled to any refund of prepaid fees unless you qualify under the Refund Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. PromptBetter AI and RDMI Tech Ventures Pvt. Ltd do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. PromptBetter AI and RDMI Tech Ventures Pvt. Ltd disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall PromptBetter AI, RDMI Tech Ventures Pvt. Ltd, their affiliates, directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. PromptBetter AI's total liability for any and all claims shall not exceed the amount you have paid to PromptBetter AI in the last 12 months.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the state of California, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and PromptBetter AI regarding the use of the Service. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The failure of PromptBetter AI to enforce any right or provision in these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
